Privacy Policy

The short version: your files and text never leave your browser. We do not receive them, store them, or see them.

How the tools work

Every tool on ToolNest runs entirely in your browser, on your own device. When you type text into a generator, fill in a resume, or calculate a rate, that information is processed by JavaScript on your device. It is never uploaded to any server owned by us, and it is never sent to any third party by the tools themselves.

What we do not collect

• We do not ask you to create an account, and there is no sign-up for the basic tools.
• We do not collect the text, resumes, invoices, notes or calculations you enter into the tools.
• We do not upload files you work with — the tools on this site work on text and numbers you type, and nothing is transmitted.
• We do not sell personal data, because we do not receive any.

What a host may record

Like any website, the static host serving these pages may record basic, anonymous technical information (such as pages requested and approximate region) for operating the service. That is separate from the tools, which transmit nothing.

Cookies

This site does not set its own tracking cookies for the tools. Your browser may store ordinary preferences (such as form values you typed) on your own device only. If advertising is displayed on a page, advertising partners may set cookies of their own — the next section explains how that works.

Advertising and third-party cookies

ToolNest may show advertising on some pages, served by third-party advertising partners such as Google AdSense. When ads are shown, the following applies:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this website and other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings, and you can opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies by visiting aboutads.info.
• We do not control the cookies set by advertising partners, and any data they process is handled under their own privacy policies.

Advertising never changes the core promise of the tools: what you type into a tool is processed only in your browser and is never sent to us or to any advertiser.

How visitor data is handled

To be completely clear about what happens to data when you visit ToolNest: (1) anything you type into a tool stays on your device and is never transmitted to us; (2) there are no accounts, so we hold no names, emails or passwords for tool users; (3) the static host may keep basic, anonymous technical logs (pages requested, approximate region) to operate and secure the service; (4) if advertising is shown, the advertising partner processes data as described in the section above, under its own policy; and (5) we never sell personal data.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to AA Digital Network (the services site behind this project). That site has its own practices; this policy covers ToolNest only.

Children

ToolNest is a general-purpose tools site. It does not knowingly collect information from children, because it does not collect information from anyone through the tools.

Changes

If this policy ever changes in a way that affects the promise above, the change will be stated here plainly, with a date. The promise itself — files and text never leave your browser — is the foundation of this site, not a temporary offer.
